Kaue "⁠kauez⁠" Kaschuk has confirmed his benching from paiN in a lengthy post on X.

He is expected to be replaced by academy player Iago "⁠deemO⁠" Henrique on trial according to Dust2.com.br.

The Brazilian points to a lack of practice in new roles amid "championships one after the other" as the main reason for his drop in form.

He had a 1.14 rating in Shanghai across the RMR and all stages of the Major, ending the year in good form but that disappeared in 2025 as David "⁠dav1deuS⁠" Tapia Maldonado replaced Lucas "⁠lux⁠" Meneghini.

"I think it was a good decision for both sides," he wrote.
